CATSHOT Group LLC (the "Company" or "we/us/our") is committed to protecting the privacy and security of consumers' Personal Information. This Privacy Notice describes what Personal Information we collect about you as a "consumer" (defined below), why and how we process it, and what choices you may ask to exercise. Please read this Notice carefully.
This Notice applies only to the Personal Information of natural persons acting in an individual context ("consumers"). It does not apply to identifiable information about companies and other legal entities, or our employees, job applicants, or contractors/vendors. It applies to our collection and other processing of Personal Information both (i) on our website (www.catshotgroup.com) and any applications that link to this Notice (together, the "Sites"), and (ii) off the Sites. It governs our use and disclosure of Personal Information we collect when you use our "Services," meaning when you:
- engage in our consulting services
- access or use the Sites
- contact or communicate with us
- otherwise engage with us
By engaging with our Services, you consent to the practices described in this Notice.
1. The Personal Information We Process
"Personal Information" is information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual. It does not include de-identified, publicly-available, or aggregated information. As used in this Notice, "Personal Information" is limited to information we collect when you use our Services.
We may collect your Personal Information:
- Directly/intentionally from you (for example, when you communicate with us or fill out a webform);
- Indirectly/automatically from you (for example, when you navigate the Sites);
- From your employer, when it enters into a contract with us for Services that involve you and for which it is necessary to process your Personal Information; or
- Otherwise with your consent.

2. Why We Process Personal Information
We collect and otherwise process Personal Information to operate our business ("business purposes"), and to offer our Services and otherwise advance our commercial and economic interests ("commercial purposes"), as follows:
Business Purposes
- Auditing our legal and regulatory compliance.
- Helping ensure data security and integrity.
- Debugging to identify and repair errors that impair intended Site functionality.

- Enforcing our Terms & Conditions.
- Responding to consumers' requests regarding their Personal Information.
- As otherwise permitted or required by law.
3. Disclosing Personal Information to Third Parties
We may disclose Personal Information to the following categories of third parties:
- Outside organizations as necessary to provide our Services, complete transactions, and/or support our everyday operations, business management and business development.
- Parties involved with mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions involving transfers of all or part of a business, or a set of assets (for example, if we sell the Company).
- Outside organizations, in connection with routine or required reporting.
- As required by court order or legal or administrative process.
- Government agencies, as necessary to provide our Services.

4. Selling and Sharing Personal Information
We do not sell Personal Information. We do not disclose Personal Information to third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising ("ad-tracking").
5. How Long We Keep Your Personal Information
We will keep and store your Personal Information for as long it is needed to fulfill the purposes for which we collected it, or longer if:
- We need it to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims or protect our legal rights; and/or
- If required or permitted by applicable law.
However, unless we otherwise agree with you in a separate writing, we reserve the right to permanently delete your Personal Information at any time without further notice to you.
6. Data Security and Confidentiality
We employ reasonable, appropriate, industry-standard security measures to help protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of your Personal Information stored on our systems.
We adhere to strict confidentiality protocols and comply with all applicable government and industry regulations regarding data protection and information security. This may include, but is not limited to, compliance with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and other applicable federal regulations.
We use reasonable and appropriate measures to limit access to Personal Information within the Company to workforce members who need it to do their job. These individuals are bound by confidentiality obligations and may be subject to discipline, including termination and criminal prosecution, if they fail to meet these obligations.
Unfortunately, no method of processing Personal Information is or can be 100% secure. Neither we nor anyone else can—and we do not—guarantee the confidentiality, security, integrity, or availability of any Personal Information we process. In all situations, you should carefully consider whether and how to provide Personal Information to someone else (including us). If we discover an unauthorized use or disclosure of Personal Information, we will promptly assess our responsibilities under applicable law and take all required actions.
7. Requests for Access, to Correct and Delete Personal Information, and to Opt-Out of Certain Communications
You can ask us to tell you what categories of Personal Information (if any) we have collected about you, and to provide you a copy of specific pieces of Personal Information we have obtained from you.
We will take reasonable and appropriate steps to minimize inaccuracies in Personal Information, and at your verifiable request will correct inaccurate Personal Information that you have provided to us.
You can ask us to delete Personal Information you have provided to us. We will comply with your request subject to certain exceptions, such as if we are required by law to keep it, or if we need it to fulfill a legitimate business purpose.
You can opt-out of receiving certain communications from us.
You may find out more about these choices, and ask to exercise them, by contacting us using the information in the "Contact Us" section below. We may need to authenticate or verify your identity or authority to make the request, and confirm that the Personal Information relates to you. Only you (or a person that you authorize to act on your behalf) may make such a request.
We will do our best to respond to your request within 45 days, but if we need more time, we will reach out to you as soon as possible and let you know the reason.
8. Changes to This Notice
We may update or change this Notice at any time, including as needed to comply with the law or to reflect feedback. We will not notify you individually, but will post the updated Notice (with its effective date) on our Sites.
Please review this Notice periodically. By continuing to use the Services after this Notice is updated or changed, you consent to the updated or changed terms.
