Accelerated Operational Integration and Training
World-Class Training Capabilities
High operational readiness on first deployment is an absolute must in today’s rapidly changing threat environment. We are achieving this on a major, first of its kind, Carrier-Based ACAT1B unmanned air system program by using a hand-selected team of highly experienced operators and trainers across all necessary disciplines. Our world-class experts first facilitated the coordination between service requirements and industry capability to deliver mature operational doctrine, tactics, techniques, procedures and Air Combat Training Continuum (ACTC) programs years prior to the traditional sequential acquisition paradigm. We are training operators in parallel with system Engineering, Manufacturing and Development (EMD) to ensure this new weapons system has the highest possible level of operational impact on delivery to the service.

- Developed and implemented a comprehensive UAS operator training program for a major defense contractor to support an accelerated ‘pathfinder’ Group 5 UAS program
- Created a custom training development process and curriculum for rapidly integrating new aviation technologies into existing military operations by delivering training in parallel with design and manufacturing activities
